1961 – das waren noch Zeiten, als die Polizei von den Bürgern beschenkt wurde, weil man sich gegenseitig Wertschätzung entgegenbrachte. Früher ließ der Polizist oft alle Fünfe gerade sein und steckte seinen Knöllchenblock wieder ein, wenn die Parkzeit um fünf Minuten überschritten war und der Autofahrer abgehetzt ankam, weil die Schlange vor der Kasse doch länger als erwartet war. Da beließ man es bei einem erhobenen Zeigefinger, wenn der Fahrradfahrer freihändig fahrend erwischt wurde. Heute sieht es so aus, als ob es Prämien dafür gibt, wer dem Steuerzahler am meisten abknöpfen kann. Da ist die Polizei präsent und ahndet den kleinsten Verstoß. Den Kleinen fängt man, die Großen läßt man laufen?
