  Über eine Stunde wurden die Sammler von Polizisten in voller Kampfmontur an ihrem Recht gehindert, Unterschriften für das Referendum gegen den Willkür-Paragraphen zu sammeln. Dabei wurden Berichten zufolge Drohkulissen nach allen Regeln der Kunst aufgezogen; vom rasanten Vorfahren der Polizeifahrzeuge, martialischem Auftritt in voller Kampfmontur bis zur aggressiven Konfrontation.

  Zwei wertvolle Sammelstunden während der Mittagszeit gingen verloren. Die Polizei hat „erfolgreich“ ein Referendum gegen Polizeiwillkür gestört. Ähnliche Berichte erreichen uns aus Thun.

  Eine Beschwerde haben die Verfassungsfreunde bereits bei der Polizei eingereicht. Diese liess ausrichten, dass sie innert 20 Tagen antworten werde, was sie zur Verhinderung weiterer Störungen gegen das Referendum unternehmen werde. Die Bitte um schnellere Antwort, da die Sammelfrist für das Referendum in zwanzig Tagen fast schon abgelaufen ist, liess die Polizei unbeantwortet.

  Sicher ist hingegen, dass die Freundinnen und Freunde der Verfassung den Sammlern den Rücken stärken und juristisch gegen die Polizei vorgehen. Denn das Strafgesetzbuch der Schweiz stellt das beschriebene Vorgehen gem. Art. 279 und 280 unter Strafe und ist ein Offizialdelikt. Entsprechende Anzeigen sind in Vorbereitung.

Sollte das Referendum nicht zustandekommen, oder, im Falle eines Zustandekommens, vom helvetischen Stimmvieh abgeschmettert werden, wundert euch nicht, wenn Leute wie ich plötzlich weg sind… ich rate nachwievor dazu, sich das Gesetz, vor dem ich hier schon seit dem 7.
