Ursprünglich war diese Publikation, als Fortsetzung von ‚Teil I – Weltweite Wetterkriegskapriolen‚, bereits für September angedacht, allerdings kam einiges dazwischen, und die gewaltige Unterstützung seitens Kalbtanz-Gesellschaft durch weite Verbreitung unserer Publikationen über alle möglichen Kanäle, sowie Spendeneinnahmen von 200 Milliarden führt – nebst wieder häufiger vorkommenden Textklaus – auch dazu, dass man gar keinen Bock mehr hat, hier täglich unzählige Stunden Lebenszeit in Arbeit zu investieren.
Vorwegschickend zu sagen, scheint es nicht zu gelingen, für gesunde Populationen lethale Biowaffen zu entwickeln. Was mit Blick auf die militärische Kontrollierbarkeit von Biowaffen auch nicht sinnvoll wäre. Getötet werden müßte daher mittels des „Impfens“.

Über eine Stunde wurden die Sammler von Polizisten in voller Kampfmontur an ihrem Recht gehindert, Unterschriften für das Referendum gegen den Willkür-Paragraphen zu sammeln. Dabei wurden Berichten zufolge Drohkulissen nach allen Regeln der Kunst aufgezogen; vom rasanten Vorfahren der Polizeifahrzeuge, martialischem Auftritt in voller Kampfmontur bis zur aggressiven Konfrontation.
