Als Abschluss unserer monatelangen, aufwändigen Arbeit folgt hier nun die Komplett-Sammlung des Wichtigsten zum aktuellen Zeigeschehen weltweit vom November 2020 (umgekehrt chronologisch sortiert). Leben wir heute in einer Demokratie? Oberflächlich/national betrachtet schon. Wenn man aber das weltpolitische Geschehen anschaut, offenbaren sich Strukturen eines Imperialismus. Die propagierte Demokratie und Freiheit jedes Erdenbürgers verkommt immer mehr zur Farce.

Laut Wikipedia kommt der Begriff Imperialismus aus dem lateinischen imperare “herrschen” und imperium “Weltreich”. Man betitelt (oder sie tun es selber) die Staaten, welche das Bestreben eines Staatswesens oder dessen Anführers, seinen Einfluss auf andere Länder oder Völker auszudehnen, bis hin zu deren Unterwerfung und Eingliederung in das eigene Umfeld. Dazu gehört eine ungleiche wirtschaftliche, kulturelle oder territoriale Beziehung aufzubauen und aufrechtzuerhalten.

Seit Jahrzehnten sprechen die USA von Demokratie, besser noch – sie bezeichnen sich als das demokratische Land auf der Erde. Wie gesagt, sie sprechen davon. Handeln tun sie nicht danach. Im Gegenteil, es wird alles gemacht, damit der imperialistische Einfluss auf der Welt wächst. Wie haben die Amerikaner das geschafft?
