This is no doubt due to cowardice, but it is also due to the fact that they do not think as individuals, and therefore will not act as individuals. Almost all want total anonymity, and desire to be invisible from any view of scrutiny. What is not understood, is that acting as individuals en masse will bring great power to any effort to protect freedom, but almost none are willing to act alone, even with the knowledge that when many act alone, they become one.

Die Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone und Telefónica-O2 bereiten sich derzeit schon auf ein Ende von 3G vor, was bei allen drei Netzbetreibern höchstwahrscheinlich im Laufe des kommenden Jahres der Fall sein soll. Doch in der Schweiz denkt mittelfristig keiner der Netzbetreiber an eine Abschaltung der dritten Mobilfunkgeneration. Swisscom wird 3G bis mindestens Ende 2024 anbieten, Sunrise hat ebenfalls keine Pläne zur Abschaltung und Salt Mobile investiert sogar noch in 3G.

  For too long we’ve allowed our so-called “representatives” to call the shots. Now it’s time to restore the citizenry to their rightful place in the republic: as the masters, not the servants.

  America was meant to be primarily a system of local governments, which is a far cry from the colossal federal bureaucracy we have today. Yet if our freedoms are to be restored, understanding what is transpiring practically in your own backyard—in one’s home, neighborhood, school district, town council—and taking action at that local level must be the starting point.

  Responding to unmet local needs and reacting to injustices is what grassroots activism is all about. Attend local city council meetings, speak up at town hall meetings, organize protests and letter-writing campaigns, employ “militant nonviolent resistance” and civil disobedience, which Martin Luther King Jr. used to great effect through the use of sit-ins, boycotts and marches.

  In einem Fall berichten Sammler von höchst aggressiv auftretenden Polizisten, die ihnen unter Androhung von Anzeige und Busse das Sammeln verbieten wollten.

  Über eine Stunde wurden die Sammler von Polizisten in voller Kampfmontur an ihrem Recht gehindert, Unterschriften für das Referendum gegen den Willkür-Paragraphen zu sammeln. Dabei wurden Berichten zufolge Drohkulissen nach allen Regeln der Kunst aufgezogen; vom rasanten Vorfahren der Polizeifahrzeuge, martialischem Auftritt in voller Kampfmontur bis zur aggressiven Konfrontation.

  Zwei wertvolle Sammelstunden während der Mittagszeit gingen verloren. Die Polizei hat „erfolgreich“ ein Referendum gegen Polizeiwillkür gestört. Ähnliche Berichte erreichen uns aus Thun.

  Eine Beschwerde haben die Verfassungsfreunde bereits bei der Polizei eingereicht. Diese liess ausrichten, dass sie innert 20 Tagen antworten werde, was sie zur Verhinderung weiterer Störungen gegen das Referendum unternehmen werde. Die Bitte um schnellere Antwort, da die Sammelfrist für das Referendum in zwanzig Tagen fast schon abgelaufen ist, liess die Polizei unbeantwortet.

  Sicher ist hingegen, dass die Freundinnen und Freunde der Verfassung den Sammlern den Rücken stärken und juristisch gegen die Polizei vorgehen. Denn das Strafgesetzbuch der Schweiz stellt das beschriebene Vorgehen gem. Art. 279 und 280 unter Strafe und ist ein Offizialdelikt. Entsprechende Anzeigen sind in Vorbereitung.

Wir brauchen jeden Mann, jede Frau und jedes Kind (die von dem Terror auch betroffen sein werden!!!) um die total 50’000 gültigen Unterschriften in den nächsten drei Wochen zusammenzubekommen!! Sollte das Referendum nicht zustandekommen, oder, im Falle eines Zustandekommens, vom helvetischen Stimmvieh abgeschmettert werden, wundert euch nicht, wenn Leute wie ich plötzlich weg sind… ich rate nachwievor dazu, sich das Gesetz, vor dem ich hier schon seit dem 7.
