In einem Interview von Anthony Hilder berichtet Deborah Tavares über ein Dokument mit dem Titel „Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare“ (zukünftige strategische Fragestellungen / zukünftige Kriegsführung) vom wissenschaftlen Leiter des NASA Research Centers in Langley VA (also ganz in der Nähe des CIA Hauptquartiers), Dennis Bushnell, welches (angeblich) auf der NASA Webseite im Juli 2001 veröffentlicht wurde.
Das Dokument fand in der Öffentlichkeit fast keine Aufmerksamkeit, obwohl es von höchster Brisanz ist. Es beschreibt skurrile Pläne der nächsten Jahre, wie die Spindoktoren mithilfe ihrer Helfershelfer – Militär, Medien, Politiker, Regierungen und Wirtschaft – die Bevölkerung weltweit reduzieren wollen.
